Unfortunatly even after 60 years of UDHR justice delivery system is supressed by executives in many countires. Law makers need to know the essence of human rights, then only the justice delivery system can be empowered for the implementation of the rule of the law.In democracy we look for 'Liberty''dignity''Freedom' and 'equality'.
